We are an Indigenous-owned, female-led, management advisory business.

We work across Australia and the Asia Pacific region on projects that have a positive social and economic impact. Our clients include government, industry and community.

Who we are

We are a 100% Indigenous-owned business, registered with Supply Nation. Sustainability and cultural safety are at the heart of everything we do. We recognise the United Nation’s Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and take pride in our commitment to honouring local cultures and traditions, respecting First Nations knowledge and practices, and their ongoing connection to country.

We provide expert advice on co-design and place-based engagement strategies to connect with First Nations communities. We have a unique blend of industry and government expertise in Australia and internationally. Our team of expert advisors have over 150 years of combined experience in First Nations affairs, co-design methodologies, policy development and implementation, evaluation, and business and workforce development.

Our mission is to deliver culturally grounded, sustainable outcomes for clients and communities.

Our Story

Our CEO, Elizabeth Santo is a proud Waanyi/Gudjala woman. Elizabeth represented her people in the Native Title determination case in 2014, which resulted in over 20,000 square kilometres of ancestral land being handed back to its Traditional Owners. Elizabeth was Chair and lead negotiator for the Indigenous Land Use Agreement with Defence for the Australia-Singapore Military Training Initiative project. Elizabeth is committed to driving greater inclusivity for Indigenous people to ensure they are an integral part of a growing Australian and global economy.

Elizabeth has worked across government and industry. She brings lived experience and strong expertise in Indigenous affairs. She is currently on the First Nations Advisory Team of the Cooperative Research Centre for Transformations in Mining Economies.

How we work

We prioritise meaningful relationships with communities and facilitating inclusive and participatory processes.

In our experience, all stakeholders bring knowledge and experience to the engagement that can contribute to the project design and decision-making process. This includes knowledge that is often marginalised or undervalued, such as that held by Indigenous communities, or other groups that are traditionally excluded from decision-making processes.

In genuine co-design, we aim to eliminate the distinction between traditionally valued corporate knowledge and the knowledge that local participants bring to the engagement. We prioritise facilitation over delivery, valuing diversity of knowledge, lived experiences, and cultures in community.

Our priority is to deliver culturally grounded, sustainable outcomes for clients and communities
